Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Manage inventory from receipt to sale, including backstock, replenishment, and price changes.
