Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build strong client relationships, demonstrate products and techniques, and participate in training to expand product knowledge, while supporting omni-channel processing and inventory management

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, with upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire sales.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
