Role includes completing required training, supporting inventory and replenishment, and maintaining department visuals to ensure an exceptional client experience across days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and suggest products to drive sales including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale including replenishment and price changes.
• Assist with visual elements and report damages to supervisor.
