Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and drive sales by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire customers.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing and department operations.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including counts and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
