Kohl's Sephora Beauty Advisor engages guests with a consultative approach, helping them identify needs and select top beauty brands while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will maintain beauty merchandising standards and offer expert product knowledge.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate applications, complete required training, and support visual merchandising, replenishment, and omni-channel processing to ensure smooth department operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends
• Inspire clients with product demonstrations and applications
• Complete required training to expand knowledge
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and operational standards
• Support omni-processing within the department
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment
• Communicate missing or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor
