Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and upsell products by identifying needs.
• Demonstrate product credibility through knowledge of beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating and applying products to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual standards and merchandising.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including pricing changes.
• Report missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
