Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach and exceptional client experience. You will stay current on top brands, set merchandise, and uphold visual standards per Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in training to expand expertise while supporting inventory and merchandising across the department.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty with customer focus.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and store standards.
• Support omni-processing and department operations.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate stock issues to the supervisor.
