Job summary

Kohl's, in partnership with Sephora, seeks a Beauty Advisor who will drive sales through authentic passion for beauty, engage clients with a consultative approach, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s visual and replenishment standards.

You will build loyalty, demonstrate products, participate in training, and support inventory and merchandising across the department.

Pay starts at $13.30 per hour; flexible schedule includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Beauty product knowledge and trends
• Experience in client engagement in retail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
