Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client engagements. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and participate in training to expand your knowledge while ensuring high standards of service and presentation in-store.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of trends.
• Client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstration and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including merchandise sets and cleanliness.
