Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will stay current on top beauty brands, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and inventory processes to uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Your role involves client consultations, product demonstrations, and ongoing training to expand knowledge, with an emphasis on delivering outstanding service across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department and assist with inventory management from receipt to sale (freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, counts, price changes).
• Assist with visual elements of the department and communicate missed/damaged product or fixtures to the supervisor.
