Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will engage clients, assess needs with a consultative approach, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands while following Sephora at Kohl's standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, participate in training, and uphold visual merchandising, inventory, and department hygiene requirements to ensure smooth operations and a premium

Qualifications

• Minimum retail or service industry experience with client interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authentic passion for beauty and ability to upsell thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate products and beauty trends to clients to boost confidence in purchases.
• Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
