Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and complete required training. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty required.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to suggest products and upsell.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and price changes.
• Support visual elements and communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
