Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and a consultative client approach in-store. You will maintain product knowledge, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and inventory processes to ensure a premium customer experience.

You will engage clients, demonstrate products, and participate in training to expand knowledge while upholding Sephora at Kohl’s standards and omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations.
• Complete training to expand knowledge.

• Support omni-channel processing.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Communicate damaged products to supervisor.
