Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a passion for beauty, engaging clients through a consultative approach and expert product knowledge. You will align with Sephora at Kohl’s standards and support replenishment and visual merchandising.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and stay current on beauty trends while completing required training, in a role that requires flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product application to drive sales.
• Complete training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and operational standards.
• Support inventory, replenishment and price changes.
• Assist with omni-processing and department cleanliness.
