Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach, and maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands within Sephora at Kohl’s.

You will execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, participate in training, and assist inventory management while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience required.
• Passion for beauty and knowledge of trends preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Assist omnichannel processing within the department.
