Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Beauty Advisor to guide customers through their beauty journey, whether they seek hair color, cosmetics, skin care or nails, and to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, recommend products, share current promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately while keeping a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• The position requires long periods of standing and light physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
