Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails while leveraging product knowledge and Sally Beauty training provided.

You will build relationships, drive loyalty, and guide customers through promotions, displays, and inventory updates. A passion for beauty and helpful, clear communication are a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone’s needs.
