Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to enhance every customer’s shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guide customers through their beauty journey with product expertise.

You will participate in training to stay current on new products, manage transactions efficiently, and promote the Sally Beauty Loyalty program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge from training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Maintain flexible working schedules to suit business needs.
