Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, and enrolling shoppers in the Loyalty program. You will build relationships, demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values, and help customers discover new products and promotions.

You will process transactions accurately, maintain a professional store environment, and adapt to a range of schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, and other physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Working schedules and hours vary to suit needs.
