Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Available to meet scheduling needs and communicate clearly.
- Read and explain product labels to customers.
- Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promotions.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values.
- Adapt to a range of schedules and hours.
