Job summary
Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, drawing on Sally Beauty training to provide expert guidance.
Responsibilities include building customer relationships, promoting promotions, maintaining displays, enrolling customers in the loyalty program, and processing transactions while upholding Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
- Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers about current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promotions.
- Enroll customers in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
- Support varied work schedules to meet business needs.
