Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor who helps customers express themselves through hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program, and complete transactions while Sally Beauty provides training and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values.
