Delray Sands Resort is seeking a highly organized Front Desk Agent to welcome guests at our beachfront property in Florida. You will manage check-ins/outs, assist guests with inquiries, and coordinate with bell staff to ensure an exceptional arrival experience.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the patience to handle diverse guest requests while maintaining poise and professionalism throughout their shift.

• Have customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Identify repeat or VIP guests and acknowledge loyalty.
• Check guests in and out and handle payments.
• Provide front desk services and answer inquiries.
• Assign rooms and manage related administrative tasks.
• Deliver mail and messages to guests and staff.
• Coordinate with bell staff and other teams for smooth service.
• Advise guests on local transportation and dining options.
• Accommodate special requests and diffuse tense situations gracefully.
