Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated pool and beach attendant to enhance guest experiences. You will assist guests with property information, reservations for pool and beach rentals, and maintaining a clean, safe recreation area.

You will work with ResortSuite, Xola, and Outlook to manage bookings and communicate with guests. The role requires physical effort and a positive, service-first attitude in an outdoor resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on pool and beach areas with information and directions.
• Handle reservations for rentals (cabana, loungers, beach chairs).
