Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a Recreation Experience Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at the pool and beach. You will assist with rentals, guide guests, and coordinate reservations using ResortSuite and Xola, ensuring a smooth start-to-finish rental process.

Responsibilities include maintaining towel supplies, cleaning and organizing pool/beach areas, and supporting holiday events and group recreation programs. A flexible schedule including holidays is required.

Qualifications

Experience in a guest-facing role at a resort or hotel preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work on holidays and special programs as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Provide guest assistance at pool and beach including information and directions.
Assist with rentals and reservations for pool and beach items (Cabanas, loungers, chairs).
Process reservations from start to finish in Resort software; input into Xola and charge ticket in ResortSuite.
Ensure towels and cleaning supplies are adequate and organize towel rotation.
Help maintain pool and beach areas by cleaning and tidying equipment and spaces.
Open and close recreation facilities and participate in safety checks.
Engage guests with family activities, holiday events, and group recreation programs.
