Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking friendly associates to support pool and beach services, reservations, and guest engagement. You will assist guests with information, rentals, and directions while contributing to a clean, welcoming environment and coordinating during holiday events and group activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at pool and beach with property information, directions, rentals, and enthusiastic service.
• Process reservations for pool and beach rentals including cabanas, loungers, and chairs.
• Manage reservation workflow from guest interaction to payment in ResortSuite.
• Maintain towels, replenish supplies, and assist with pool/patio cleaning and tidying.
• Open/close Recreation facilities and ensure equipment setup and decorum.
• Engage with guests during events and family activities and maintain cleanliness of areas.
