Learn a complex product and become an expert in the problems it solves. The role is designed to develop into a closing seat, with the first BDR promoted to AE after 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally into financial services or related sectors.
• Excels at outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior-level prospects.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through targeted research, cold outreach and networking.
• Engage senior decision-makers across wealth management, tax, trust, and legal.
• Learn a complex product and become an expert in the problems it solves.
• Qualify opportunities and shape messaging based on market feedback.
• Partner with marketing and sales to test new demand-generation ideas.
• Help refine the playbook for future BDR hires.
