Job summary

RIVET Work is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive territory pipeline growth, qualify leads, and book meetings with decision-makers. You will represent RIVET at in-person events and collaborate with a small territory team while reporting to the VP of Revenue, shaping how we build and run our pipeline.

You will advance toward an Account Executive role based on performance as we scale, with travel and in-office work as core elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required emphasizing critical thinking and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a pipeline.
• Book meetings with decision-makers who match ICP.
• Represent RIVET at industry events and in-market visits to build relationships.
• Keep CRM records accurate and current for every lead.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to move the pipeline forward.
