Job summary

CommerceIQ in Mountain View, CA is seeking a BDR/SDR to support the GTM for Agentic Products. You will identify and engage senior-level decision-makers, develop outbound strategies, and generate qualified opportunities for our GTM team.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing to refine messaging, stay current on AI capabilities, and scale the outbound motion as CommerceIQ grows its AI product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, ecommerce, retail media, SaaS, or emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage senior-level decision-makers across target accounts through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other outbound channels.
• Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders to develop highly personalized outreach.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the GTM team focused on CommerceIQ's Agentic Products.
• Partner closely with Account Executives, GTM leaders, Product, and Marketing to develop outbound strategies.
• Become knowledgeable about CommerceIQ's Agentic Products and AI capabilities.
• Experiment with messaging and new prospecting approaches to improve conversion and pipeline generation.
• Use AI tools to improve prospect research, personalization, productivity, and outreach effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within CRM and GTM systems.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with GTM and Product teams.
• Help build and scale the outbound motion as CommerceIQ brings innovative AI products to market.
