Job summary

Lytra is hiring a Business Development Representative to help grow our B2B customer base from Munich. You will own outreach, discovery, and early-stage relationship-building in a fast-paced startup with close collaboration with the Head of Sales and CEO.

You will engage with mid-market accounts, qualify opportunities, and craft compelling sales materials. The role requires German and English fluency and offers significant early-employee impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on sales, preferably B2B SaaS or manufacturing sector.
• Fluent in German and English with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Articulate our value and spark interest across staff to CEO levels.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Sales on initiatives and strategies.
• Create and test inbound/outbound lead generation measures.
• Conduct market research to identify target accounts.
• Create and refine sales materials, pitches and scripts.
