Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales and account management experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with employers.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage businesses that employ CDL drivers.
• Build relationships with HR managers, fleet directors, and logistics executives.
• Develop workforce solutions including sponsorships and tuition reimbursement.
• Align training capacity with employer demand with Admissions and Training teams.
• Attend industry events to expand presence and generate leads.
• Manage CRM database of employer contacts and track outcomes.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals for new partnerships and signed agreements.
• Gather industry intelligence to shape growth initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
• Create sales plans and contracts.
