Job summary

Serve Freight, LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new shipper accounts via phone-first outreach from Asheville, NC or Charleston, SC, with remote options for the right candidate. You’ll qualify opportunities, collaborate with leadership, and advance deals to build a scalable freight brokerage book.

You’ll work closely with our sales leadership and CEO, earning escalating commissions as you demonstrate results and ramp.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience with outbound prospecting
• Comfortable on the phone and able to make high-volume calls daily
• Clear written and verbal communication; resilient to rejection
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, assessed on attitude and results over pedigree

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to shippers across target industries
• Qualify prospects and book discovery conversations
• Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
• Participate in customer calls with leadership to close deals
• Hit daily activity targets and ramp quickly
