SiteZeus, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Tampa-area sales team and drive early-stage pipeline for our AI-powered expansion platform.

You will lead prospecting efforts, engage C-level executives, and collaborate with marketing and account executives to convert interest into qualified opportunities. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, rapid learning, and the use of AI tools to optimize outreach at scale.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as a successful BDR with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong outbound cold-calling experience.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and VPs.
• Coachable and adaptable to changing processes.
• Experience using a power dialer (nice-to-have).
• SaaS or B2B sales experience (nice-to-have).
• Experience working with large enterprises (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development quotas.
• Generate new leads through targeted email campaigns, cold calls, conference and trade shows, social media outreach, and other prospecting efforts.
• Own the first stage of the pipeline for a designated territory within the SiteZeus sales process.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to fully pursue all relevant leads.
• Use and iterate on AI tools and internal solutions to optimize prospecting strategies and personalize outreach at scale.
• Take detailed notes and leverage automations within our CRM.
