AIT Global India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive B2B Software / SaaS Sales to drive growth across Ahmedabad and Raipur. The role covers lead generation, end-to-end sales, and software demonstrations targeting SME and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will build relationships with HR heads, CFOs, and senior stakeholders, manage negotiations, and maintain CRM records to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Travel to meet clients locally may be required.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B IT / Software / SaaS Sales.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closures.
• Hands-on experience in software product demonstrations.
• Experience in HRMS, HR Tech, Payroll, HCM, or ERP software is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, as required.
