Dalton Motors in National City, CA is seeking a friendly BDC Representative to identify and secure new sales leads while maintaining client relationships. You will handle inbound calls, online inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with no-show customers. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, solid sales experience, and reliable organization.

Weekend availability is required. Training on internal processes and product knowledge will be provided, with full benefits

Responsabilidades

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Logging incoming calls and inquiries; scheduling appointments.
• Following up with no-show customers and maintaining product knowledge.
• Greet walk-in customers with courtesy and respect; adhere to policies.
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and promotions awareness.
