Job summary
Village Ford is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team in Dearborn, MI. You’ll be the heartbeat of customer communications, handling calls, emails, and inquiries, and setting appointments to drive an exceptional dealership experience from the first interaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, award-winning environment, with a competitive $16-$18 per hour base and a monthly bonus opportunity.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused professional with strong communication.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Willingness to train in automotive processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Proactively follow up with sales and service leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales and service departments.
- Keep the CRM up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide customers with information on inventory, promotions, and dealership services.
- Support the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor performance and assist with monthly reporting.
- Assist with switchboard coverage as needed.
