Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and customer-service focus.

• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for inbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Proactively follow up with sales and service leads.
• Schedule appointments for sales and service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and up-to-date inventory/promotions info.
• Support sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Generate monthly performance reports and assist with switchboard coverage.
