Job summary

Unknown is seeking a BDC Service Representative to handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and email communications for vehicle service scheduling. You will reach out to existing customers and manage appointment bookings with a focus on exceeding service expectations.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with no weekends. Training will be provided; we value customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong phone skills for both employee and customer calls.
• Basic computer skills; training provided for necessary programs.
• Be organized, alert, professional and courteous.
• Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet leads and calls to schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email daily.
• Contact existing customers to promote service appointments as needed.
• Schedule, verify and follow up on appointments to meet service expectations.
• Monitor email and text leads and book appropriate service slots.
• Determine customer vehicle service needs and book accordingly.

BDC Service Representative

What will your day look like?

• You'll answer internet leads from manufacturer and third-party websites, answer phone calls from customers looking to schedule service for their vehicle and continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily.
• You must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have strong writing skills. You will also need to be a self-starter, staying on-task and productive during lower lead volume days.
• While no cold calling is involved, you may be required to contact existing store customers to see if they are interested in scheduling service maintenance.
• You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying appointments, and making follow-up phone calls to confirm customers service expectations were exceeded.
• Monitoring and contacting email and text leads
• Determining each customer's vehicle service needs and making appointments accordingly
• Learning, understanding, and following service call and email scripts
• Confirming and following up on appointments via text or phone
• Ensuring customers are completely satisfied
• Making daily follow up phone calls

You will be highly trained to work with customers over the phone, email and chat to assist customers regarding their vehicle and recall needs, making appointments for clients, handling desk calls, correspondences and attending to customers.
