Kia and CDJR of Fort Myers is seeking a dedicated Business Development Center Service Coordinator to join our growing team. You will handle all incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the service department to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, comfort with phones, strong computer skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable answering phones.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Bi-lingual strongly preferred.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous; enthusiastic.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource.
• Answer service questions and schedule service appointments for customers over the phone.
• Place outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows to reschedule.
• Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries with follow-up calls and emails.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management.
