Job summary

Lexus of Orange County is hiring BDC Representatives to join our Sales Department. This full-time role requires Saturday availability with one weekday off and offers competitive pay based on performance along with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will gather customer information, learn current pricing and promotions, and use phone and computer tools to schedule appointments, drive sales, and boost customer retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in call center or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, referrals and other leads.
