Job summary

Castle Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Representative near Portage, Indiana. You will handle calls, respond to inquiries, and help schedule sales appointments while presenting initial financing options and directing customers to dealer resources.

You will follow up with non-committed leads, participate in team sessions, and use the CRM daily to maintain accurate records and support sales teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a BDC Representative or related call center role.
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude.
• Prompt, courteous demeanor and a positive work ethic.
• Strong computer skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using email, scripts and templates.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience as a BDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license

BDC Representative: $15-$18 per hour
