Job summary

Castle Automotive Group in Riverside, IL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage and track leads, follow up promptly, oversee day-to-day center operations, and analyze performance metrics.

You will train and support call center representatives, respond to inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience while driving sales. Automotive industry experience is preferred and a team-oriented, self-motivated mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years BDC management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive energy and motivation to improve.
• Competitive attitude and sales experience required.
