Job summary

Castle Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Riverside, IL, to manage and track all leads, follow up promptly, and support day-to-day center operations.

You will analyze metrics, provide training to call center staff, and respond to customer inquiries. Automotive industry experience and a sales mindset are preferred as you help deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years BDC management experience.
• Strong communication skills and a sales mindset.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Organized, self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all leads.
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day business of the center.
• Collect and analyze metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to call center representatives.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
