Job summary

Castle Automotive Group in Portage, Indiana, is seeking a friendly BDC Representative to start the customer conversation and schedule sales appointments. You will answer calls, emails and live chat, provide initial product details and direct customers to the right dealership resources.

Daily duties include following up on leads, maintaining positive relationships with teammates and management, and using the CRM system to track progress.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a BDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates; provide initial product information and direct to resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions; maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments

BDC Representative: $15-$18 per hour
