Castle Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to improve the service experience from the first contact. You will answer calls, establish follow-ups with sales, and schedule appointments, providing initial product information and directing customers to dealership resources.

You will use CRM daily, respond to inquiries via phone, internet, and live chat, and participate in process development with the team.

Formación

• Prior experience in BDC or call-center roles.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Proficient computer skills and valid driver's license.
• Ability to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and set up sales appointments.

• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Participate in team/process development sessions.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• UtilizeCRM tracking system daily

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience as aBDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
