Job summary

Wright Buick GMC Chevrolet seeks a customer service-oriented team member to handle inbound sales calls, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments using the dealership CRM.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer data, meeting response-time goals, and staying updated on current incentives. Prior automotive experience is a plus, with strong communication and professionalism emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must meet company's requirements for employment.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive experience a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Customer Service Experience (Preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional.

• Receive inbound sales calls and follow up with clients promptly to emphasize they are our number one priority.
• Follow through with customers until all needs are met to their satisfaction.
• Answer all phone calls, gather customer information, answer questions and set appointments.
• Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate database.
• Maintain dealership response time and meet close-rate goals.
• Schedule sales appointments using dealership processes and CRM system.
• Place outbound customer satisfaction surveys for sales interactions.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
• Stay up to date on current manufacturer incentives and sales specials offered by the dealership.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Complete daily activities following a scheduled process.
