Job summary

Wright Automotive Group in the United States (Northern Kentucky) is seeking a customer-focused representative to handle inbound sales calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer information. The role emphasizes prompt, courteous service and meeting customer needs with a professional approach.

You will stay informed about current incentives and dealership specials while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet company's employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls and follow up with clients promptly.
• Follow through with customers until all needs are met to their satisfaction.
• Answer all calls, collect customer information, answer questions and set appointments.
• Obtain customer information and maintain a database.
• Maintain dealership response time and close rate goals.
• Schedule sales appointments using CRM and approved processes.
• Place outbound customer satisfaction survey calls for sales interactions.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
• Stay updated on current manufacturer incentives and sales specials.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Complete daily activities following a scheduled process.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls, follow up with clients in a prompt, courteous manner, letting each customer know that they are our number one priority.
• Follow through with every customer until all their needs are met to their satisfaction
• Answer all phone calls immediately, gather customer information, answer questions and set appointments.
• Obtain customer information and keep an accurate database.
• Maintain a dealership standard for response time and close rate goals.
• Schedule sales appointments using dealership approved processes and CRM system.
• Place outbound customer satisfaction survey calls for sales interactions.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings
• Stay up to date on current manufacture incentives and current sales specials the dealership is offering.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Complete daily activities following a scheduled process
