Job summary

DeVoe Buick GMC Subaru in Naples, FL, seeks a BDC Manager to lead our internet sales department across Buick, GMC, and Subaru stores. You will own our CRM, manage follow-ups, and supervise our BDR team, driving data-driven decisions and reporting.

This is a Monday–Friday leadership role with weekends off. Competitive base with monthly bonuses and weekly pay in a family-owned dealership group focused on growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dealership internet sales or BDC with leadership experience preferred.

• Own and administer the CRM, including users, lead routing, lead sources, and data quality.
