Job summary

Northwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram currently seeks a BDC Administrator to manage customer relations processes at the assigned store. The role focuses on accurate data gathering, appointment setting, and fostering customer retention, with a strong emphasis on service quality and speed.

Pay ranges between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Beaverton, Oregon area location; benefits are provided through Lithia & Driveway’s Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management for assigned store(s).
• Develop continuous improvement plans with GSM/LSMS Coordinator.
• Gather accurate customer information for follow-up database.
• Maintain product pricing knowledge and dealership events.
• Utilize internet department tools to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
• Follow up with customers by phone regarding their experience and resolve issues.
