Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Enter customer information into the CRM accurately.
• Schedule daily customer appointments.
• Assist customers during write up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product info, pricing and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings.
• Maintain appearance of lot and showroom.
• Deliver vehicles to customers following delivery process.
• Introduce customer to Service department after sale.
• Participate in mentor trainings as needed.
